Clayton, a proud native San Franciscan, began his construction career over 16 years ago in commercial and SF Public Works projects. He had the privilege of spearheading and managing several iconic San Francisco landmarks, including the SF Main Library, Cabrillo Playground, and Portsmouth Square. These projects not only honed his expertise but also deepened his connection to the city he calls home.
In 2015, Clayton took a leap of faith, shifting his focus to residential construction. What began with a single bathroom project has since evolved into collaborations with renowned architects and designers on high-end, complex, and design-driven homes. Clayton's enthusiasm for residential construction motivates him and his team to excel in every project. Regardless of the project's scale, they remain committed to surpassing client expectations.

As a Project Manager, Patrick focuses on driving projects to completion and delivering exceptional results. His passion lies in designing and transforming homes from ideas into reality. His ability to communicate and work with architects and designers from all facets is invaluable to every project. Looking ahead, Patrick is excited to continue his journey with YW Builders, leveraging his hard work ethics and skills to drive impactful projects.
Pat graduated from UC Davis and lives in Outer Sunset, San Francisco. When not working, he enjoys working out and trying new food.

Edward is the engine behind YW Builders’ backend operations, ensuring seamless office coordination and logistics so our projects stay on track.
With a background in accounting and a degree from San Francisco State, he brings precision and organization to every aspect of the business, keeping our crew aligned and our systems running efficiently.
An avid fitness enthusiast, Edward enjoys exercising and cooking healthy meals bringing the same dedication to his personal well-being as he does to supporting the YW Builders team.
With years of construction experience before joining YW Builders, Will is a familiar face across multiple job sites daily, ensuring everything runs smoothly and correctly. A born and raised San Franciscan, he brings a deep understanding of the city's diverse neighborhoods and architectural landscape.
At YW Builders, his goal is to expand his knowledge of design and architecture, collaborating with some of the best in the industry. Outside of work, Will has a passion for mixed martial arts and spent his younger years as a wrestler, bringing the same discipline and determination to every project we work on.
